okay so i am currently working on an aftermath map for this one. what happenes after the battle ends. i have decided to include Xel'Naga and his war machines in here. as well as the first protoss warriojrs, reunited after Xel'Naga's rebirth. wait for it, its gona b good...its gona b awile tho. only gona b able to do it wen i get my newlaptop. other ones drive got fucked up
there. now i dont have to fuck with wiki anymore stupid wikipedia its worked befoer...before it changed anyway.... anyhow, this is just the biography of Xel'Naga, the ancient warrior you can find somewhere on the map. Ill give you a hint: civilians are of utmost importance -- they can used in several ways. the beacons are important too. also, in the center of the map, there are what appear to be holes in the ground. these are tunnels. what they lead to, you will have to find out (<-use civilians and maybe, just maybe, something for protection.)
As the Aic'Tung rallied themselves in one last attempt to survive, Xel'Naga created a temple surrounded by the remains of the ships Alpha Prime and Omega Garjon, as well as the pieces of Terra Firma. Here, he used the three crystals in a nexus of energies, creating the first Protoss. These Protoss were powerful, their shields being their key defense against the Zerg. The Zerg were defeated by the Protoss and they fled back to Char. In order to rebuild, the Protoss did not follow. Instead, they went to the planets Shakuras and Aiur, creating homes there. Or, at least, on Aiur. Shakuras was fouled by the Zerg. Barren and deserted, they went back to Aiur. Back on Terra (Earth), Xel'Naga came out of the Temple, he saw the horror he had created and fled back inside the Temple, inflicting on himself a deep sleep that he would never wake from. He was never seen again...
Four centuries later (400) years, evidence of the Zerg was found. Xel'Naga himself was not surprised, and so, the Aic'Tung (who had decided they should change the name, for in their new language, it meant 'Simple Being'; they eventually decide on Xel'Naga which meant 'Legendary Warrior'; a coincedence of Xel'Naga himself, they named themselves it because they had developed a love, and great skill, for war, so the name Xel'Naga seemed appropriate) never checked on them. A grave mistake as not even half a millennium later, the Zerg attacked Shakuras itself, this time coming from a hazardously volcanic planet, Char. Somehow, they were stronger than before. The Aic'Tung were astounded. Somehow, they had taken the simple forms of 'Zerglings' and 'Hydralisk' and combined them with the Hydralisk spawned 'Lurkers' to create a terrifying new monster they called the 'Ultralisk' After demonstrating its power, he was renamed 'Torrasque' (meaning terror). Torrasque was indeed a terror for the Xel'Naga. Just because of this one monster, they lost on twenty-three (23) out of twenty-four (24) planets. They fled to Terra (later, of course, it was the birthplace of humans, Earth). There, the Aic'Tung were almost defeated, some of their most powerful machines destroyed (Jer'Mah, the first archon, Terra Firma, Aplha Prime, Omega Garjon, and others) in one battle.
Later, on Planet I, they faced a similar problem. Terra Firma was powerful, but the planet was huge and the enemies numbers were great. In hoped of at least surviving to fight again, Xel'Naga had two mighty assault airships made from the same raw materials on the same planet. These were named 'Alpha Prime' and 'Omega Garjon (OH-MAY-GUH GAR-JOHN). Using these assault airships, Xel'Naga had as many of his warriors (including the mecha Terra Firma) returned to the command ships and, eventually, Shakuras, as he could. He then used the destructive combined power of the two airships, channeling their energies into a Gate containing three legendary crystals (they are legendary now, not then): the Khalis crystal, the Khaydarin crystal, and the Uraj crystal. The combined power of the crystals and the airships channeled a huge source of energy into the Gate which was then launched at the planet. The effect it had was devastating, to say the least; the planet of Planet I exploded, sending shards of rock out into the corners of space. Terrified at this power, Xel'Naga vowed to never use this again, and so, scattered the three crystals amongst the universe, so they could never be used again.... Unfortunately, not long after returning to Shakuras, they learned the location of the Zerg homeworld, on the planet Char Magma. He and the army traveled there and attacked the Zerg. Years later, the greatest scholars speculate that it was a period of two-and-a-half decades, or 25 years), Xel'Naga realized they were not going to win. Even though he knew it was wrong. He went out and gathered up the three crystals, and used their power to blow up the planet Char Magma and the Zerg Overmind.
The first few planets were easy for them to defeat but as they progressed further, the challenges went up, getting harder and harder. Finally, in a last ditch effort (on the planet Planet VII), Xel'Naga had a super mecha machine created using raw materials from planet called Terra. This machine was named 'Terra Firma' and it helped them achieve victory on the planet.
--HIS LIFE-- He was spawned maybe after the universe was. He found the planet Shakuras. He created the Xel'Naga (Aic'Tung). He created the first army. He bred monsters out of the native beings on Shakuras. The monsters went rougue shortly after he had bred and trained 1'000 of them for war. They fled and were never seen again. _The monsters reappeared on Shakuras declaring control of the planet. Xel'Naga led the Aic'Tung army in a war against the Zerg. This war took them from the safety of Shakuras to the unknown worlds of (in order from first defeated to last): Sarine (ZAREEN(how to say)), Aster, Planet XVIII, Planet XVI, Planet X, Planet VII, Planet I, and Char Magma.

Why will you put it on wiki . .:P . .
lol you shouldn't have put that on Wikipedia... lol
okay, the link shown in this map when activating the Temple and creating Xel'Naga is wrong. go to this link for his bio instead: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ancient_Warrior:_Xel'Naga
