Roy Hodgson insists he is not concerned about the form and fitness of Harry Kane, but has acknowledged that Jamie Vardy and Daniel Sturridge are both pushing to start for England against Slovakia on Monday.
Vardy and Sturridge both came off the bench to score in the Three Lions' 2-1 win UT Coins over Wales at Euro 2016, following a second consecutive below-par display from the Tottenham star.
Hodgson does not feel that the striker's apparent struggles are an issue ahead of England's final Group B match, but admits that he may make changes to reflect the form of certain players.
"I don't think it's absolutely necessary, " he told a news conference on Sunday, when asked about potential changes.
