    O.o There is such a thing as having a self excutible starcraft patch file. Which when you run it would have you select Starcraft's "executible" file location or .exe and run the game using the settings. . . which basically your modding the game so its only useful for single player purposes not gonna work with bnet. I would suggest lookin up starcraft AI on google or something wuld prob come up with some hits if what your looking for is just for single player purposes.. . for instance if u wanna get some rly good practice goin and not have 2 deal with getting smack talked haha.
