The network is also home to a very large StarCraft 2 scene (be it, somewhat with cracking the game), but there's a lot of activity around, so it's a nice place to hang around.
If you do not wish to install an IRC client, you may also access our new web client via the "Web Chat" link next to your account controls.
Some other channels you may be interested on Rizon:
#nibbits
#sc2 -- Very large SC2 channel
#sc2c -- Home of StarCrack, and also a large SC2 discussion
For anyone who uses IRC actively, you are welcome to join us in the recently setup IRC channel.
It's located on irc.coldfront.net, in #nibbits.

Indeed, many of us are friends because we all share a common liking to Starcraft 2.
Some good players to play against and have fun with in Beta, when we get invites.
Join in the fun!
I've never used IRC (one of the few things I've never looked into) Anyone have cool information to get me setup/started using it?

Here is one for you.
It's a modified mIRC client
The server is
irc.rizon.net
The channel is
#nibbits
If you need more information, or help, just ask :D
Typically on Windows people use mIRC, and on Mac I use Colloquoy, There's also Chatzilla which is pretty common.
Cool I'm on, haha
X-chat also another good IRC client.
mIRC is only for 30 days.. how can I make it longer?
It is free forever you just have to deal w/ a few seconds nag when you start it up.
i stopped mirc few yrs ady.. now movin to google wave
We've setup a web chat client (you can see the link on your account bar) for those of you who don't wish to install an IRC client.
The client can be accessed via http://chat.nibbits.com/.
Oooh, cool, nice work ! =D
I fixed this and set it up in another fashion..
Either hit the 'Chat' link at the top part of the menu, it'll pop up a new window with a chat client in it..
Or use your favorite IRC client like mIRC and connect to irc.coldfront.net and join the channel #nibbits
Ok correct that, I removed the IRC one and added an AJAX based webclient.. Looks a lot cleaner
