This one is a hard yet fun map to play, because it is so asymmetrical. There is a lot of trench warfare in this map... and a lot of hard-to-defend mineral stacks, too. It really makes one need to think. My fifth map, it took quite some time to complete - even though there are few details added. I tried to make the terrain look as natural and "random" as possible and that came out moderately well. I also put lots of effort into making sure each start location had plenty of room for the whole tech tree - not easy with 7 players on 192x128! I called this one "Discovery" because exploring it thoroughly as early as you can in the game can really reap big dividends... hope you enjoy this one!
Very nice terrain design--I liked the non-symmetrical feel that it had. For the most part mineral placement was good though at the center it was a bit odd. Preview shown cuts off map sides--definitely worth a shot!
