Introduction:
Legacy of Hæan is an RPG set in the huge cavernous world of Hæan. In this unique setting, you take on the role of Explorers. You are looking for something out there in those unexplored caves, but don't expect to find it if you aren't willing to look long and hard. This game is not for everyone. If you don't have the patience to enjoy a map of this kind, please stay far away from it. But, if you are willing to spend some time (perhaps several hours) and really get into it, you won't be disappointed.
In terms of gameplay, I tried to mimic --to some degree-- MMORPGs that I've played in the past. What that means is that you might have to spend some time hunting for money or exploring an area instead of plowing through a line of enemies while trying to reach a final destination. Whether or not you like that kind of game will probably be a key factor in your enjoyment of the map.
Story:
The creator of the world, Hæan, disappeared mysteriously before he could finish his work. As a result of his disappearance, the world was left in darkness, incomplete. Tired of living in the darkness, humans are trying to find Hæan and restore him so that he might finish what he started. You must venture into the darkness, and find the one who brings the light.
The story will unfold as you play the map.
Themes:
Darkness and exploration. The world is a network of caves that you have to explore. You don't have shared vision with yourself, so you have to rely on "lights" to travel and map out the world. Lights can be bought in shops and they are also found preplaced in some lower level areas. Learning to use lights properly will save you a lot of time and money.
Some features:
Stamina - If you run out, you will be slow. Might not sound so bad, but it makes you easy prey in the dark.
Lights - Placing lights in the caves will allow you to find a path leading from place to place. Managing your lights properly is a MUST.
Stacking inventory - You can carry any number of items at once, and taking stock is easy (with the exception of lights).
No levels/experience/spells - This is not a classic D&D map.
Randomized spawning and money - All rewards and monster spawns have been randomized for greater realism.
Large and complex world - 15 caves, 4 towns, 4 rest zones. All have been beautifully designed and crafted. None of those Palace+Inn towns here!
Notes:
Player 2 is required. This prevents people from using single player. To play solo, choose a multiplayer mode and move into the second slot.
Up to 4 players can play, but right now players 1, 3, and 4 don't have any quests of their own. If you want to play with multiple players, just have 1, 3, and 4 map out the caves for you. All players can participate in the main quest, though, so it's not like the extra players are useless.
I recommend playing it solo or with people who don't purposely try to screw things up by sharing vision, etc. If nothing else, it lags A LOT less with just one player.
There are no free heals. If you want to heal, buy a potion. It's not that expensive.
There are no extra lives. You die, you're dead. I hope you saved.
Players start in different towns. Trust me, it saves a lot of time when mapping out the world.
There isn't much help in the map for new players, but it's pretty easy to figure things out.

SAVE your game periodically! Although extremely rare, the map has crashed for seemingly no reason in testing on more than one occasion. Not only that, it's always a good idea to save in case of accidental death.
Not meant for Bnet play! This is not particularly tailored for the Bnet audience. Would you really spend HOURS playing with people you'll likely never see again?
Getting started:
Minerals = SEED (money)
Gas = Stamina
If you are player 2, find the orange civilian in the town where you start out. Anything orange is important.
Items are now on a dropship system (in your inventory at the top right).
Your damage upgrades by 2 each level (yes, it doubles your damage the first upgrade).
Warps are activated when you enter an area. You don't need to 'activate' waypoints by stepping on them.

Excellent map. IMO any RPG fan (or someone looking to try out StarCraft RPGs) should play it at least once. It may be a little grind-intensive at certain points, but I found it to be worth it.
This map is a must-play for anyone who enjoys StarCraft RPGs. Yes, it takes awhile to work through the initial cave exploration, but the map is incredibly creative and polished. The method of using dropships as item deployment works beautifully and was quite clever. The darkness aspect is unique to this map and adds an enjoyable element of exploration.
Some time ago, I really needed to buy a car for my firm but I didn't earn enough cash and could not order anything. Thank God my friend suggested to try to take the <a href="http://bestfinance-blog.com">loans</a> at reliable creditors. So, I did that and used to be happy with my short term loan.

The first RPG I ever played on StarCraft and has always left me waiting to play another of it's caliber, that was before Tuxlar's Rush map.
The story gets better towards the end but it's true the first part of this story is exploring the caves and getting to the last town. Once you get their is when the real story and dialogue begins. Many don't make it that far as its not too hard die (go in the wrong cave with low hp or not enough armor and you'll see...).
As the ppl below me would say, it is a great RPG map with very polished design.
However, I found it boring after 45 minutes, as it really is a typical grind RPG. Not that it doesn't have anything to offer, but I'd like to see more story for this RPG. This way, it is immersive, and suddenly, me grinding away to train up my marine will have a new meaning.
Great game, this games got creativeness but the game doesnt seem to change much until 30+ minutes of the game, also if P2 dies you lose, didnt know this at first and was confused by what happened when a popup window just came out saying i lost
I gave it a shot, and about half an hour in, this looks like a winner.
+ Really polished text and overall design. - Right now the only complaint is the lack of gameplay variety (you have a Marine, you kill stuff and upgrade) - but if I play it more and it gets better later I can re-comment.
An excellent RPG by qPirateKing, players explore dark caves setting flares to light the way as they level up and follow the clues to an interesting ending. Note if P2 slot dies you lose, so make sure you play as P2 if you want to do it single player. Luckily someone hacked the name to make it work with current battle.net as it used to have one of those overlapping titles.
