Work with your teammates to keep the computer waves from reaching the middle, each unit that gets past costs you a life (Creep Colony) lose them all and your team loses. Build various kinds of defenses to stop the computer onslaught:
I don't think any amount of teamwork can help you win this map -- some of the later levels are especially tough and even the priciest units with many upgrades barely scratch them.
Also, towers take much too long to build.. but it's a decent map.
Challenging Tower defense, but you have a good amount of lives to burn. I found the trick is to have everyone initially help guard the middle sides and then later add more defenses near where the units spawn. Worth a try--will take some good teamwork to win this one!
