Sand Castle Wars rebalanced.

The game is more dynamic now since usefulness of blocking has been decreased, ghosts and BCs were nerfed and other units strenghtened.

The number of units required to get heros has also been decreased and the strenght of heroes adjusted.

It is based on version 2.0. so it's easier to play than Nova.
