Fixed the map to allow displays for declarations of war//peace.
some depot changes in different areas of the map.
Turkey is buffed Axis Minor is buffed Low Countries is buffed.
Germany is updated even more with the more powerful standing France.
France and Italy are now independent of the Nation Selection tray.
Technology is a little faster at teching due to the death triggers. (its better then the waits he used mmmk..)
The German-Russian nap can be violated early if Russia declares war on Romania or Italy. (1300-1500 Gameseconds compared to 2000.

HoI3 The Gathering Storm
a very good classic of the map.. bugged inbalanced and russia can easily trample Germany when they fight France creating a two front war.. (RecycledGoat was getting sick of it so he made it so Russia couldn't attack Germany until they're nap was able to be violated in 1941)
Preferable Version to use is: 1.88+.
No one will know what happened to the RecycledGoat.. some say he was recycled but most say he got kicked out of his house. the world shall never know.
