Panzer never finished the factory. I haven't added it into the 1.xx series due to balance issues and because quite frankly it doesn't need it.
i was asking about the original map of panzer by the way. how to unlock the war factory.

I'd just like to thank everyone for their downloads and ratings and getting this map some publicity. It means a lot.
You need to play it on the Use Map Settings game setting. I'm guessing you haven't played Starcraft very much.
When I play it it just sets random starting places and 4 workers and there is nothing on the map. Whats wrong?

Wanted to thank you for your consistent interest in the map.
And I wanted to let everyone know the next version is in the works, but I don't have an ETA on it yet. I redid the terrain yet again and it's going to require some re-triggering due to some new street layouts.
I think joey just said that this version was hard with only three players, but I've played with 2 total noobs and still won it easily, obviously the next versions will be better balanced, but this version isn't hard.
Actually guys, as per Panzer's wishes, I was not only the only one to receive his permission to edit the map, but I was also to do my part to keep as many unlocked versions OUT of circulation as possible.
So I'm sorry but due to my agreement with him, the real him and not the one(s) you have running around these days, I can't send anyone an open copy. I do hope you understand.
On another note, this is not a final. There are bugs, balance issues, and a lot more still to be done. Rest assured I'll be working on this to make it the best version I possibly can.
I think as the only author authorized version to date it gets a little something that the rest of the edits don't and never will. The other edits to me are usually more like riggs. And none of them seem to respect Panzer or the inspiration he's been for mappers. His maps were bnet smash hits, and I think he deserves better than that.

Im a huge fan of this map and play it all the time with my friends over Hamachi. I was wondering if you could send me the editable map so i could just play it by myself and my two friends. Hey there, I'd just like to say that I'm a huge fan of this map, and, personally, I think its the best ever created for the game, bar-none. Keep up the great work on these. 10/10 Stars.
