Fastest Map (4v4) with "NoRush" Timer (to prevent rushes until Timer runs out), HERO after 10Min and can upgrade up to level 10 - Infantary Armor, Weapons, etc(instead of the default 3). (Minerals are close to base and unlimited, hence FASTEST MAP).
Must host as "Use Map Settings", then when in game, you have the ability to select "RoRush" Period, and select your race.
