Made CnM City Much More Awesome! Has Stacking, Banning, More Units, Hyper Triggers, More Triggers, Bugs Fixed, Upgrades, and More!

Gameplay and balance similar to Cat n Mouse City V0.4, but added more stuff for extreme play!

-Forgot to enable Cats to build Sunken, now they should.
- Also added Spores for Cats to counter Sci. Ves. and cloaked units.
- Changed damage of Sunken from 40 to 80.
- Changed Sci Ves. cost from 300 to 350.
- Fixed bug where units are stuck at Mice Mover when Mouse is dead.
- Contained Cat's overlords for good.
