Made new mode changed the spawn cyclus so it auto adjust for any game mode played fixed instant spawn bug rotation.
The new game mode combined spawn is really fun, Income is reduced by 12-15% on combined game mode income. try it out

Made some minor fixes, Small balance adjust turrets +30 minerals cost, Heroes price increased by 5% but made first 3 buildings price reduced 15,10 and 5%
