    - Which part of the start process you were on when the error occurred (eg. "My loading bar got up to about 40% when it crashed")
    - Whether you're trying to connect to Battle.net servers or you're using AI
    - If you're using AI, what version (version number and standard/cheating/etc)
    - Any modifications you've made to your SC2 install
    - Your operating system (would it happen to be XP?)

    Get back to me with those details and I'll see what I can do to help you out.
