  • You haven't placed Start Location for Player 4, that why his units doesn't appear.

    However if you'll play with human which will be Player 2 everything should be OK, except that P4 Overmind on 9 o'clock won't appear.

    Make P2 (not P4) the computer and everything should be alright.
