This map is not balanced like real Europe, some starting location can be underpowered and others overpowered.
The starting locations are:
-Spain~Barcelona
-Italy~Bologna
-France~Dijon
-Germany~Berlin
-Hungary~Budapest
-Turkey~Isparta
-Ukraine~Kiev
-Russia~Kaliningrad

PS: This is an old map I made when I first got ScmDraft 2.
You can give some advice for balancing the starting locations.
