Version Of Map : DotA Allstars v1.9

Fix Bug:
- Fix bug double damage.
- Fix color and player becuase of bug effect.
- Fix bug multiple revive hero.
- Fix bug hero when choose.
- Fix bug revive hero.
- Fix P8 kill tower message.
- Fix Spoon suicide kills.
- Fix P1 Banner Help.

Remove:
- Remove all neutral creeps becuase of bug.
- Remove ore per second.

Balance Unit:
- Balance all unit.
- Same Unit damage and health from level 1 at DotA.

Change cost:
- Change upgrade armor cost to 4.
- Change upgrade weapon cost to 5.
- Change mana pet cost to 10.
- Change hp potion cost to 2.
- Change mp potion cost to 1.
- Change town portal cost to 3.

Game Part:
- Change start ore to 10.
- Change 150 mineral bonus to 15.
- Change set time to 90 seconds.

Change kills:
- Change Tower ore per kill is 7 and 5 for friend.
- Change ore per kill to 1.
- Change ore per Shield Battery to 4.
- Change ore per Spawning to 4.
- Change ore per Defiler Mound to 5.
- Change ore per Citadel of Adun to 5.
- Change ore per Greater spire to 6.
- Change ore per Cybernetics Core to 6.

it would be totally awesome if you posted a 'in-depth' manual or guide to each of your heroes, how their abilities work, and the general strategies that they are 'meant' to employ... and also plz spell check!!! 'tis hard to read sometimes...
