You start with one Dark Archon and must pick a unit to mind control with it. Everyone then works together to keep their units alive and the Life Pylon alive. You can use minerals on attack, and armor upgrades (Buildings towards the top left/middle) in addition to donating to needy allies (Civilians in Beacon Area).
Additionally your civilians at the top right can be used to purchase special things such as:
Shield Heal ($40 Minerals) Mind Controller ($50 Minerals) Pylon Life Heal ($55 Minerals) Heal Everyone's Units ($12 Minerals) Medic ($25 Minerals) 3% Enemy Life ($25 Minerals) Destroy All Enemies ($50 Minerals)
Try to keep the Life Pylon alive through all 25 levels, including some boss fights.
Good Defense map, work with your teammates to survive all 25 levels. I beat it my first try hosting randomly on b.net so it's not too difficult. Be sure to be ready to deal with some of the later air waves. Sometimes it's a little slow as attackers HP get way up but the teamwork and special things you could buy kept it interesting anyway. I'd say definitely give it a shot!
