Cat & Mouse in jungle 7.0

this is most balanced C & M jungle ever.

previous C & M jungle's were rigged for the mice. In 2.2, just 3 mice could beat 1 cat & the cat couldn't do anything other than run back and forth trying to outmaneuver the mice. With 2 cats there are much more to do in terms of team work & strategy.
