    is there any way to get into editor and look at all the triggers? I cant run the editor on my current computer, and although I know more of the trigs than anyone else I know, I'm convinced there are more (for example there has to be one with vulcan).

    Land Bajor and build a pylon on it. Its to the north of your planet and has two beacons on it.
