Map of Europa but as far as possible, quite fairly balanced.
Of course there are some more easy spawn locations and there are some where easier to turtle, but everyone has a natural expo nearby and quite some place to build a huge base for themselves.

Only two spawn positions that can only be reached by air:
England and North-Africa
