The CPU gets real nasty with nukes if you leave it alone for too long. Because build times have been reduced comp can recover quicker from attacks on it. Build time reduced to 14 of normal for everything. Bunkers, turrets, spores, sunkens reduced to only 23 normal build time so people don't turtle too much. Normal upgrade times and upgrades. Automatic cash and minerals provided every 6 seconds but you still have to mine if you want more. Spells use only half normal energy. CPU also gets auto minerals and gas (only slighlty more than humans to compensate for its lack of intelligence).
